Next we had Hitlist, and whilst we were intending on recording No Sale, who are ¾ of Hitlist, due to Jake’s injury, we decided to get him on bass. Me and Nick walked into Leeds Beckett to meet the band.

You bump into all kinds of people in Leeds Beckett, none more than Bob Brazill, which is always a nice suprise. Didn’t get a tour of the place this time, would have loved to visit the Anechoic chamber again.

We managed to capture on of the crispest drum sounds to date, with the punk energy seeping out of the 4-track even with just the drums and bass down. Join this with a great and raw vocal performance from Maddy, you have music reminiscent of X-ray Spex and the Pistols.
